I have found myself recently suggesting this website to a lot people so I thought I would blog about it. This website is a wonderful recourse for those who are trying to eat better or those who may be looking for healthier recipes. I thing this website is actually geared towards those who are on Weight Watchers but I’ll tell ya, I use this site all of the time and there ain’t no way I am counting points (tried it… impossible)! Well, it really isn’t that bad but I will save that post for a different time. Anywho…

My #1 favorite thing I like about this website is that they have FREE recipes!  The recipes they offer are for normal foods (not like those weird tofu type foods) including desserts, apps, breakfast, dips, etc…all with healthier options to make your favorite meal in a healthier way…. and they are delicious!

My #2 favorite thing I like about this is that it makes dining out a little more guilt free. There is a section on this site that  lists every kind of restaurant you can imagine and provides nutritional information on every menu item! If I know I am going out to dinner I will go on and check out the menu items and find something on their menu ahead of time that is suitable for me and my waist line. Another cool thing that they have included in the menu selections, along with the nutritional info are ways you can order your meal to reduce calories/fat. For example, they might suggest that you ask them to prepare it a different way and make it without a certain ingredient to cut out some of those extra unwanted cals.

So, for those of you who are looking to loose weight or if you are just interested in making healthier eating choices, you should definitely check this site out!
