Ryan’s brother Nick came home from the Marines for Christmas! Yahoo!
What a blessing. We are all so excited.
It doesn’t feel like he has really been gone for the last 8 months. Life just resumes when he comes home; like he never even left. There is just something nice about having him around, even if we don’t see him everyday while he is here. I think it is just the thought that he is home safe and we can call him and see him whenever we want.
He has to leave the day after New Years, but he gets leave again at the end of January so we will see him again soon. He probably wont mind going back to CA where it is nice and warm for a few weeks.
