I was seriously just about to do a post related to meal planning when I read this post from Little Birdie Secrets. This is pretty much my exact routine so I will let them tell you about it (so I don’t have to write).
I can tell you that this system has really helped me stay organized and also gives me the freedom to try new recipes.
Try it out for a few weeks and see how it goes.

I am currently using a book called “Saving Dinner” by Leanne Ely, from Flylady. It has 6 days of meals, grocery lists, are catgorized by season (so you eat what is generally in season), and even has suggestions for prepping for the next day.
I think when I get into a routine where I am not struggling so much to have my menu planning/coupons cut/grocery list made up, I will give this a go though. I like nuts and berries thing….I basically did that once or twice while I was pregnant. :O)
