Here it is, my annual Super Bowl Questionnaire. Every year at our Super Bowl Party we fill this out. Each person puts in $1.00 (you could do more if you wanted) and the person with the most correct answers wins the pot. I don’t get to play because I know all of the answers. Insert sad face.
