Mom, Wife, Christian, Friend and Lover of Sweets

I started this blog in 2008 as an outlet for my thoughts. I continued using this platform as a very lonely Stay-at-Home Mom; I was the first of my friends to start having children and at the time, I needed an outlet and some sort of connection to the outside world.

Since then, I have transitioned to part-time work, have experience incredible loss and still find the need to write in order to process my thoughts and feelings. I have enjoyed sharing my stories, experiences and recommendations with all who would listen.
