This is my little girl, who is getting soooo big. I was looking at her yesterday while she was standing at her music table and just could not believe how big she looked. It is so sad, yet exciting at the same time. She has such a little personality and is doing so many new and cool things… everyday it a new adventure. Ah, what bliss.
That “little” personality is really not that little. She sure does like to let me know what she wants… in a big way! She has had quite a few temper tantrums this week… is that even possible at 9 months? It is really cool how she is learning to communicate, I am trying to teach her some sign language but… she hasn’t really picked it up yet.
She figured out how to sit up in her crib, let me tell you that it is the cutest thing to walk into her room and see those little eyes peeking up through the rails of her bed… and then she smiles at me. Man it just melts my heart. She has pulled up to standing only a hand full of times, but I am content with the crawling for now. She pulled up yesterday using Ryan’s leg hairs, you could imagine that he was not happy with that. Ha-Ha.
I am not trying to wish Lucy’s life away by saying this, but can you believe that Lucy will be 1-year-old in 3 months? Holy. Cow.
Softball season is in full swing here in the Price household,, that’s right, Fall season started two weeks ago. I haven’t been able to make it to many games because most of them fall at Lucy’s bed time but that is ok, the mosquitos are terrible at the field.
Ryan also just bought a work van, he is so excited. I think it is stupid but who am I? I really don’t want to have two white vehicles in our driveway… is that weird? I am actually happy for him because he has been wanting one for a while, and we finally sold my car so he was able to use the money for that to buy one. It was kind of sad to see my vehicle drive away… it was my first big purchase as an adult <tear>.
Have I mentioned that I hate allergies? I have been walking around with one pink/red eye for about two weeks now… AHHH! SO ITCHY!!!!
I have a new love, his name is Dr. Oz. Do you watch his show? Oh my gosh he is so informative. I get so inspired. You should check it out… it may change your life. HeHe.
I have been working on my super secret art project. when I get more finished, I will post about it. I am still not sure about it and feel embarrassed to tell people I want to try and sell them but who knows, maybe they will. We will see. If not, I can give them out as thoughtful gifts.
